MINI BUNTING

 Made this sweet mini bunting from all the left over scraps of material....can't wait to use it ...might give it a first showing next week at a craft fair I am doing. It will be nice to hang above the christmas hearts I have been making.

Love the Merry Christmas tape .....Hope to make some more....

CUPCAKE

These little cross stitch cupcakes  will last a whole lot longer than the ones I bake in the oven. Sew pretty I don't know if I prefer pink or blue icing....they both look yummy to me.......

GINGERBREAD

Sweet little gingerbread friends........I love them both.......

 This one is a bit different adding two patches of lovely material.....eyes have been sewn by hand.

These two gingerbread are made with felt and handstitched.

SEA SHELLS

What a lovely collection ........starfish  ....  seahorses  ....and shells. I really enjoyed making these especially the shells and I think the seahorses are quite unique with their curly tails. These were made following instructions from the Tilda book  " Sew Sunny homestyle".  Her new book which I have pre-ordered from Amazon will be arriving in early June is called " Tilda's Seaside Ideas " can't wait to see it.
 Mi piace molto questo collezioni di conchiglie. Specialmente i cavalli marini sono stupendi. Era un lavoro molto piacevole da. cucire. Si trovano i modelli nel libro di Tilda " Sew Sunny homestyle ". Non vedo ora di sfogliare le pagine del nuovo libro " Tilda's Seaside Ideas " che ho ordinato da Amazon.

BUTTONS & BOWS

With all the old buttons I possess I finally used a few to adorn these beauty bags. The blue one comes from an idea from Tilda and the red one I made up as it came along. Considering it was my first attempt of putting in zips I was quite pleased with the result.

Sono abbastanza contenta con il lavoro di queste due borsette....considerando che non ho mai inserito una cerniera in vita mia. la borsetta blu e stata realizato seguendo l'idea di Tilda.

IRONING BAG

I don't remember how long it has been since starting this bag....but a couple of years has at least gone by.The idea comes from a copy of De Fil En Aiguille. So today I finally finished it .
Sono passati alcune mese da quando avevo comminciato a cucire questo sacchetto per i panni da stirare e finalmente ho trovato il tempo da finirlo. 

It fits nicely into this basket...now I can get on with the ironing.
Sta benissimo in questo cestino......adesso....stiro...

A mixture of cross stitch and machine sewing to make some cute bread bags and smaller bags for dried mushrooms.....made just in time for last Sundays market.
Un po di punto croce e cucito con la macchina da cucire per queste sacchetti per il pane e funghi secchi....fatto per il mio mercatino di Domenica scorsa......
