SWEET little THINGS

Just some little baby shoes I couldn't resist buying the other day. I just fell in love with them , don't need them but  they are so adorable........fit for any little angel...
Sono adorabili queste scarpine ........ mi sono innamorata a prima vista .......1..2..3 paie....non ne ho bisogno ma chi poteva resistere.......degno per un angioletto...

It is just the right size to hold sewing projects, which will be useful to carry around cottons , pattern and scissors.
Essatamente la misura giusto per contenere fili , schema e forbicini .

Finally I have finished sewing this little bag. It took a bit of time to do all the cross stitching but as we all know in the end it was worth every minute. I added vintage buttons to use as a closure with a bit of string.
Finalmente un altro lavoro è finito.Non contiamo tutte le ore per ricamarlo.....come sappiamo ci vuole tempo per realizare cosè belle.Per finirla ho aggiunto dei bottoni e spago per chiuderla.

ADORABLE

I love this little postcard image....so I made some little cushions.This one has a few pearls added to it.
Adoro questa imagine....infatti ecco qualche cuscinetti da appendere.Questo ha un po di perline rosa.

 This one is sweet...just added a couple of polkadot bows.
Questo è carino...ho aggiunto un paio di fiocchi con i pallini neri.

 A couple of tiny grey bows and tiny pink buttons.
Un paio di fiocchi grigi e piccolissimi bottoni rose.

I could of spent hours making these...so many ideas but for now I am quite happy with these.
Era veramente un lavoro molto piacevole da realisare....  grande soddisfazione.

BROOCH CUSHION............CUSCINETTO

Just a few little cushions I made this week, ideal for attaching brooches.Look good I think on a bedroom dresser.This one has tiny beads hand sewn all around the edge.
Piccoli cuscinetti cucito in questi giorni.Ideale per puntare le spille. Secondo me il posto giusto è di appogiarlo sul comodino in camera da letto. Questo ha dei piccoli perline cucito tutto intorno.

I quite like this lady.Here I added a few pearls.
Mi piace anchè questa dàma. Qui ho aggiunto dei vecchie perle.

SHOPPING.... ACQUISTI

 This is the T.v.cabinet I have decided to buy from my favourite shop BLANC in the centre of Turin.
Questo è il mobiletto che ho deciso di comprare per la televisione da BLANC il mio negozio preferito a Torino.

 I would also like this little wrought iron bench....but this is just an idea.
Desidero anche questa panchina in ferro battuto....ma per adesso è solo un idea.

 Also this little cupboard is rather adorable.....but do I really need it.....!!!
Anche questo piccolo mobiletto è molto adorabile.......ma avro veramente bisogno.....!!

A foto taken of the interior of the shop.......I love the way they have painted the archway....beige and the walls  creamy.....just getting a few ideas before I start a re-look in my hallway.
La foto e stata scattato per vedere l'idea dei colori usati......l'arco e beige e i muri crema....volevo prendere l'idea prima che commincerò a pingere i muri del mio ingresso/entrata.

E che ne dice di una borsa per completare il look.......perchè no.......Preferisco quella di colore bronzo....ma anche l'altra andra benissimo.......che ne ditè....!

I have been inspired by this lovely cushion that was given to me by my sister Amelia when I was visiting her in England.As soon as she saw it she knew it was meant for me.The colours and designs are so pretty. I have decided to sew some bags using up materials I have already.
Ho deciso di creare delle borse usando stoffe che ho in abbondanza.Infatti l'idea e stato preso da questo cuscino che era un regalo da mia sorella Amelia.

This material I bought from Ikea a few years ago which I originally made into curtains but I no longer need them so I have a few yards to re-make into bags. This is the first of them and I just love the bright red floral buttons.
Questa è la prima borsa finita.La stoffa era da Ikea che prima avevo usato come tende ma adesso non servono piu, cosi ho deciso di riusare la stoffa.Adoro i bottoni rossi a forma di fiore.

 Does anyone know anything about this statue. My Mom found it ready to be thrown in the bin.She would be delighted if I could come up with any information. So please drop me a line .

 Mia madre ha trovato questo uomo misterioso abbandonato per strada.Lei vorra sapere delle informazioni, perv esempio di quale anno e stato realizato e se per caso ha qualche valore.
