SEW & HOMEMADE HOME
These are 2 lovely books I bought off Amazon . Both are written in English . Cath Kidston was worth every penny and more (It didn't cost a lot either ). To my surprise , included was a kit to make the bag featured on the front cover. It really is lovely .The book is full of easy to follow instructions for all the projects featured ( 40 )..... I don't know which one to start first....
Questi 2 bei libri li ho comprati su Amazon. Sono tutte due scritti in inglese . Cath Kidston vale proprio la pena ( non costa neanche tanto ) .A mia sorpresa c'é in ommagio un kit per realizare la borsa in vista sulla copertina del libro . Incluso nel libro c'è una marea d'istruzione per tutti i progetti ( 40 ). Non so quale di questi commincerò per prima .
The second book is from Kirstie Allsopp Which I still haven't had time to read properly but it has many interesting useful tips for the home .
Il secondo libro è di Kirstie Allsopp .In quale non ho ancora avuto tempo di leggerlo bene ma sfogliando velocemente sembra di aver molti suggerimenti utili per le nostre case .

I have the Cath Kidston one - still havent got round to making the bag!
The Kirsty book has been lent to me by a friend - i loved her series on tv last year.

I've got the SEW book. Lovely pics. I haven't done anything from it as yet but may attempt the needlecase book as a simple starter.

RispondiEliminaI made a puff cushion a year or so ago and was really pleased how it turned out, and have had it mind since then to make some from recycled fabrics to use in a project.
Would love to see what you've done with your puffs - there must be a million ways to use them - maybe we should write a book Alison, although I expect someone somewhere has already done one!
